In Denmark we have hundreds of cliffs where hanggliding is possible. some of the cliffs are suited for less experienced paragliders, and some are really challenging.
To get most out of a holiday in Denmark, a guide is recommended. Many of the cliffs are only accessible through private areas, and there are restrictions at certain areas which must be respected. Therefore a guide is needed.
Below you can get an impression of the places from where you can enjoy hanggliding.

| The best time to visit Denmark is in the summer, i.e. June to August, which makes camping pleasureable. A car will be needed in order to be mobile. Staying at a central place in Judland is recommended from where the different cliffs can be reached.
Thermal flying is also possible. As the country is relatively flat, a winch launch will bring you to the thermals. This option can be used on days with calm winds. Remember, a emergency shute is obligatory for thermal flying.
